no no.. i wish my management thought in the box.. they are
always trying to solve problems which are non-existent while
ignoring what is in their box..
you don't want to pay them to become 'innovative' and win useless
awards for 'being innovative' while they refuse to solve the
problems which are of the highest importance, right?
i've said that to a con-man-sultant... the goddamned box is full of
problems.. you're asking me to not acknowledge the problems and
come up with some airy-fairy things?
the term 'think out of the box' is often wrongly used.. the box of
problems are there.. solve it.. i don't care how.. just do
it..
